Mr. Qiang Liu is the founder and CEO of Concordia Boston Capital Inc and its wholly-owned subsidiary CBC Securities Inc. He has over 20 years of experiences in the financial and security industry. Prior to founding Concordia and CBC, Mr. Qiang Liu worked at Federal Reserve supervising and regulating SIFIs. At the Federal Reserve Qiang as a member of the USA team represented the United States in negotiating with Euro Union and other international supervisory bodies for creating an international capital standard for Global Systemically Important Financial Institutions (G-SIFIs). Prior to Federal Reserve, Qiang worked at several global or nation-wide financial institutes as an Actuary.

Mr. Qiang Liu is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA). He is also a Member of American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).  He holds FINRA Series 66, 7, 79 and 24 licenses.

At his leisure time, Mr. Qiang Liu likes to spend time with his two kids. He also provides actuarial consulting service, and teaches in Boston University Master of Actuarial Science Program as an Adjunct Professor.
